03S78. HCJC.

27 of us make up the lovely class of 03S78 :)

it was a year and 6 mths ago that we graduated from hwachong, nothing much has
changed since then - we still have the good old class outings when we spend most
of the time walking around (+ extended one in europe recently), we still play
mahjong, watch movies, go æçå¦! together (at nwxiang's request of course)..

to many more years of friendship!

The Reunion - Details

Hi all, below are the details for THE Reunion:

Meet: 6.30pm @ Clementi MRT OR 7pm @ Pandan Valley Condo function rm

Bring: $15 and any cards/board games/musical instruments/food/snacks/booze

We will be "catering" some food and drinks.

If you are going to Pandan Valley Condo straight, call us (wenyang/ningqi/ryan/me) and we will direct you in.

Sorry for the sudden change in location, as we thought a function rm would allow us to interact/tokkok/sit around/stone better than a crowded restaurant. And we dun have to queue to wait for seats oso. Many thanks to Ga Chan for helping us book the room =)

The Reunion

Dearest classmates of 03S78,

I believe that this is the first post I have made on this blog and I feel fortunate to be able to blog about something significant with regards to our class. Oh, and just in case you didn't know (lest I be accused of not meeting up with people since I have returned AGAIN), I am back from Melbourne for my summer holidays!

As you may see from the title of this post, I would like to announce to you all that yang n I are organizing a reunion dinner for us 03S78 people. Frankly, I can't remember the last time I met a lot of you before I left for Melbourne so I'm missing you all lots and I really hope you will come for this reunion dinner.

Event: Reunion Dinner
Date: 3rd Feburary 2008
Time : 7-ish
Location: TBC

I would really like to ask for your cooperation with regards to replying on whether can you make it for this event or not. Actually, you need not think too much and just show up on that day for we have not met up in a very very long time together as one class. As I will be leaving for Cambodia tomorrow for a Medical Missions trip until 24th January 2008, I ask for your cooperation once again to help Wenyang by telling him that you WILL be coming for this event. Thank you very much.

Frankly, I don't remember using this phrase before, but I thought I should use it now. "If you were from 03S78, I hope to see you there."

Every little boy's greatest fear

I watched a movie (can't remember which one) once...and something like that was said...

"Every little boy's greatest fear is his mother growing old..."

Every year I feel a little of that fear but this year more than ever...

My mom is turning 57 years old today...i am far from being a good son...My mom is the glue that holds the entire family together...without her I don't think we have a family..

I only hope she takes care of herself better...
